The Consortium is funded by stakeholders through direct contributions, pass-through contributions, in-kind contributions, and service offerings. The Consortium operates judiciously from the allocation of financial resources received. Although, we operate on a shoe string today, the efforts of our committed parents, students, and solution providers does more with less. We are grateful for the limited resources received that allows us the ability to do good for the student learners of the Commonwealth.
