All students in the Commonwealth should receive an equitable education that allows them to be productive citizens after they have completed their K-12 journey.  This is critically important for children with an Independent Educational Program (IEP).  The delivery of instruction for the Exceptional Education community needs to meet the Fair Appropriate Public Education guidelines. In those instances where the school division is not meeting expectations with the parent and child, then we will provide supports and services to help the implementation of FAPE that is in the best interest of the child.
