We celebrate winning for our families like a great sporting event! Cherishing the outcome of FAPE. The Consortium has partnered with a phenomenal group of advocates in our solution provider network that is winning for our children, particularly those from the most vulnerable circumstances. Over the past four years, lay advocates have taken on school division hired outside counsel (i.e. Reed Smith LLP) and won significant victories in administrative Due Process Hearings for Special Education in protecting the implementation of FAPE (Fair and Appropriate Education) for our student learners.
