The Consortium is an umbrella organization that implements, refers, and collaborates with like-minded organizations in the pursuit of educational equity for student learners in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We serve as a repository for programs and services by solution providers that are making a meaningful impact on the pedagogy, school climate, parent and student involvement, and the achievement gap in their communities.
Our picture of success is a graduate from any school division in the Commonwealth that has the opportunity to be Employed in the Workforce, Enlisted in Military Service, Engaged in Community Service, or Enrolled in a post secondary program to continue their development to be a productive citizen.
The professional learning community of staff, teachers, and administrators also need support to engage their students, parents, and other educational stakeholders, which is why we have service offerings for them as well to create a holistic approach to the implementation of pedagogy.
